Quality Control
Vimsa Boru stands out with a comprehensive quality system applied at every stage of the production process, starting with the quality control of the raw materials used in the production of spiral welded pipes and coating processes. This system covers a wide range not only at the raw material input but also in the production line, from the shaping of the pipes to coating applications and then to all the testing and inspection processes before shipment.
In particular, the application of both non-destructive and destructive testing methods in the production of bare or coated pipes ensures that the durability, strength, structural integrity and other critical features of the products are secured. Quality controls carried out from the receipt of raw materials are supported by technological devices and laboratory tests used in the production process; thus, product quality is constantly monitored and evaluated at every stage.
